You Can't You to Joe's Question

Every programme or every sought where project will eventually become a big ball of mud without continued refractory and clean up. Hay, you know, if we take the short term hacks, and we keep going down this road, then in the future it's going to be very time consuming to do much of anything right. You've got to somehow sell it tupper management that, hay, if you'll give us the time to do this now, we can build a more stable system  that we expand upon further in the future quicker. But that's a lot of time's hard to do, because the whole purpose companies are there to make money.
