In 2022, CIA-linked physicist Dr. Hal Puthoff released a fascinating paper titled Ultraterrestrial Models, outlining several hypotheses for the origin of UFOs—ranging from ancient breakaway civilizations to time travelers and extradimensional beings.
Puthoff himself has been involved in classified government programs for decades involving everything from psychic spying to alternative propulsion and UFOs directly. Clearly Hal knows a lot that he can't say. Could this paper be a glimpse of the hidden truth? Is he leaving us a trail of breadcrumbs to a truth too big, too classified to say out loud?
