We should be creating a safe environment in which we can be as vulnerable as we need to be. We tend not to create vulnerable environments that allow us to be exposed enough to actually increase our probabilities. So what we do is we one, look at all these examples of people that don't need that and try to live like them. And then we fail. Then two, we hold on, we can't find the safe places to explore our vulnerabilities and our flaws.
