Yeandad: My little brother, when he was 13, was diagnosed with auto immune and saphilitis. And at the time, my mam was head of child psychiatry at duke. She knew that it was not a psychiatric issue, right? It really seemed to be something, you know, was something else was going on. We luckily had the privilege and experience that we could advocate for my brother's care, but most families are not that lucky.
