The Importance of Sponsorship in the IPL
The top Pakistani cricket will get about $120,000 a year. It is going to be four and a half million Pakistani rupees per month. If you want sponsorship, if you want brands to align with you, your best chance now is either being a national team player or an IPL team player. The problem is that at a certain level, I don't think anyone's going to have enough money to outbid the Ambani family. And for Pakistani cricket, it's a little bit weird because they can't, where the money is going in Crete, less Pakistani players are going to be able to play there.
