Is There a Base Line There?

There is a base line there, right? I did write about that a little bit at the end of at your best. And the pendemic has taught me over the last two years, i've discovered my base line is even quieter than i thought it was prior to the world shetting down. Now it's like i need to find that place of stasus. If you live from that centre, if you lived from that place, you'll look up one day and you'll say, here we are living from a place of health.
