There is a big adaptation that needs to incur to allow your body to adapt to endurance volume. A lot of athletes, when they get into the endurance world, it takes them a long time to adapt to rides longer than two hours. And stretch yourself doesn't mean going out next week and riding four and a half hours. That's not we want to get to that point at some stage. We're trying to improve our potential ine in an orderly, organized fashion. It will enable you to boringly progress the way you should.
