What's the Value of Rep After Rep?

Sean O'Hara: I think there's a place for rep after rep in some sort of routine. When we're trying to explain or implement a new movement pattern they either rep those out whatever that may be, he says. "There's extreme value to it really and when we start pushing is when we get away from that like okay you're executing that" He thinks if players are fully intent full engaged with what they're doing then the repetitious drill can have an impact.
