Simon watts has been hearing the perspective of an argentine soldier. It's april 19 82, and in buenos aires, argentines are out on the streets celebrating the country's invasion of the falkland islands. By the end of the fighting, 600 and forty nine argentine military personnel had been killed,. 255 british three islanders also died. So freezing conditions, dead, demoralized and defeated argentine conscripts. And yet, the initial invasion was presented by the military hunter as a glorious moment.
