The Federal Reserve System Is Not to Run Government Spending

The job of the federal reserve is to control the money supply. Every central bank in this world, including the german central bank, has the technical capacity to make the money supply due over a period,. not daily, but over a period. I think we'd b rightly condemned by the american people and by the electra if we didn't take into account the needs and what the government is saying and doing.
