The Democratic Party Is Just the Source of Funding, Its Power Base Now

The Republican Party still remains pretty much in the Reagan mold, it seems to me. I don't see the Republican Party getting behind or in CAS's recommendations about crafting pro-union legislation. It just seems very unlikely that the Democratic Party can do more than satisfy its current union allies.
