Is China a Foil for Sustainable Growth?

In a previous job, i had a friend who taught the american south. And it was very difficult to teach anything, because they all thought they knew everything. I'm working on a hundred year history of the rise, fall and re emergence of market culture in china. So how were market practices or forms of capitalism being reproduced below the surface? They may not have been visible at the height of malist a maniasaand the cultural revolution of the great leap forward at the end of the 50 but my suspicion is that it's there somewhere. There must have been these other things going on during the cold war in china which we don't see now. The stuff about land
