What Is a Sustainable Vla Max for an Atlete?
Maximum lac te steady state is something that i think youare looking at basically the highest possible balance between lactit, a production and an oxidation coatod. The time that you are capable riding at maximum lak the steady state is not the same fort for two acletes,. One can do that maybe for forty minutes; another can do thatMaybe for 70 minutes. And that, of course, influences also your strategy. It doesn't help if you have the highest possible maxim lak the Steady State andyou bleed off all other characteristics such as strength or capacity. You're only looking at one dimensional picture when we talk about vila max.
