Some traders must have a mechanical trading strategy if it's their personality others you can give them the best winning trading strategy in the world and they'll screw it up. So you have to understand your own temperament and how you approach things. It took me a long time and I had that realization that I can develop some really great trading strategies but I always twink with them at the last and do things so they weren't as successful as they could be.
