Are You Passionate About What You're Doing?
I think it's important to be authentic as well. Don't hide facets of your personality to fit into a norm. If someone's going to like me, they're goin to like me for the good times and the bad. And i'm very transparent about the crap that i go through in my personal life. I've been there. It's not fun. But at the same time, it's definitely creat and authentic atmosphere to the content that i was creating. Because i was not just a developer a company. I was a person trying to just survive in life. Share what you're comfort with.
