Getting Out of the Student Storage Business and Into Real Estate Full Time
We've raised over 25 million dollars, and we've acquired over 75 million dollars ot the storage. That first deal that we built from the ground up in ithaca, it just appraise for eight point one million dollars. We're going to do a refy now. I think it's worth easy, if we market it, it's worth over ten million. Aan, we 275 active investors in our deals.
