How You Sell Is as Important as What You Sell
How you sell as why you win, i phrased litle differently in my first book. I'm a big believer in that everything looks the same to day. If you can't go to four or five different web sites of vendors selling a similar solution, they all sound like they're the best thing ever. So it's very hard for a buyer to see what's what's different. How we then engage those buyers, and how we do thatan not just how we sell, but also how we mark it and how we communicate,. It's all that's what matters.
