The Trends in Initial Valuation at the Seed Level
We're seeing more term sheets going out with Nick Preffs, even at the seed stage. And that may be a counter to the valuation. We're definitely seeing in terms of modeling about 15 to 20% discounts. Again, this is highly sector-specific. But in general, I would say it's about a 15 to 20%.
