Designers have gone from being solo designers to leading a small team. This is something that's only really emerged in the UK at least in the last three or four years. A lot of these people are designers, you know, they were never managers,. They never went and did an MBA, they've never had any management qualifications. It can get really, really complicated and really, really messy very quickly.
