Altos Research Chart: Inventory Starting to Bottom
It's two weeks in a row. This is a good signal that we're starting to normalize here like we do in the spring, where we start, you know, to see inventory continuously go up. We still don't know officially where the bottom is this year. The peak so far for 2023 is 472,680. So the bottom for 2022 is 240,000. And hopefully we will have this run up that we historically have.
