She best known for her podcast “Unf*ck Your Brain” which has over 38 Million downloads and strives to help women overcome self-doubt, anxiety, and imposter syndrome, boost their self-confidence and go toward their goals. My kind of show. She also runs “The Clutch” which is a feminist coaching community where women can learn and grow to liberate themselves from self-doubt, insecurity, and anxiety.
