i'm reading a george all world book called coming up for air and i got it like at a second hand bookstore where i had too many wines after dinner or something and i never read it. Early on there's this quote that i found really in my mind very much relates to some people's fear about what's coming with ai. It says i was walking westward up the strand enough noise to wake in the dead but not to wake in this lot I thought i felt as if i was the only person awake in a city of sleepwalkers, he said. He then goes on talking about how he visualizes london being war-torn and like the bombs coming
