The Connection Points of a Leadership Coaching Engagement
Katrina: I'm going to ask you to describe how that how an engagement is typically structured. We start any leadership coaching engagement with a six month commitment. And then we meet with what we call the sponsor of the coaching. This is often someone's boss. If it's the CEO, sometimes it is a board chair or board member as well. Katrina: The coach is not a proxy for the boss. Very important that the boss and the coach continue to have that feedback loop and have that open dialogue.
