The Fed's Plan to Reset Interest Rates

The Federal Reserve is like Jerome Powell, he said. He's saying we need to push price, prices of housing down. And so let's just jack interest rates up and see if that works. Well, it turns out that that hurts the building of new supply because of people who are out there building new stuff needs that need the interest rates a little bit more affordable for them to continue their operations.
