The breathing technique is very dangerous if you're pregnant as well because you don't want to be in a hypoxic state or your brain, but also under 16. I use deep breathing with Violet to calm her down when she's upset, and it totally works. But this will be a different level of things. And actually, every night she asks, can we do breathing exercises? So we have this thing where we either do the relaxation of her body or we do a dream journey where I try and load up fun images.
