In my view, you basically have two things, you have strategy and you have execution. It would serve them very well to think about just having, especially at earlier stages, you got product marketing and you got the man jen. And i really believe that that's pretty much all that you need. So if you got forced a basily just split them into two, you'd end up with a much more simple, flexible organizational structure.
