OCD and Relationship OCD

In January of this year 2022 I was struggling significantly again with relationship OCD so just kind of a precursor as to how that came on back in 2016 it started with intrusive thoughts and images of wanting to be with other people specifically people that were very close to me. So one day I decided to pace myself with my old preazolam which I do have a prescription for to use at PRN and I figured if I just took a little bit every hour but I could kind of get through the day and move to the next unfortunately I think with the mix of how high of anxiety I had as well as the El-Prazolam dose building up in my body I ended up having
