Is the Mouth Feel Really Important in Coffee?
I've experienced myself when I cup coffees that even if I don't have particles in my mouth I can still have a sensation of grittiness in the liquid. Is that something you find as well or? Generally we talked about the mouth feel as something that for example if you do a cupping at a green coffee supplier it would our impression is that it would be very rare that you could use the mouth feel to really differentiate. Most often those differences comes up with different brew techniques.
