Is Pulumi a Cloud Platform for DevOps?

The Pulumi Cloud library tries to abstract some of these concepts away. So, you know, I just want a database. I don't care what cloud provider I'm in. We have the building blocks available to do that. And if you work in an organization that has multiple cloud providers, you can build your own as well.
