The Importance of Being a Good CEO

I think my role in it was critical in so many different ways, probably more so than I can even articulate. There's a part of me that says there's no way it could have gotten to where it gotten if it weren't for the people that were there. In terms of the timing, I probably could have been honest with myself sooner. Maybe I could have been more intentional as to designing my own off-ramp and frankly, I wish I would have.
