In terms of type theory, our dominant cognitive function is going to be introverted or extraverted. So the technical names for this are attitudes, extraverted or introverted attitudes. We all have an extraverted part of us and we all have an introverted part. If you don't get that high quality alone time on a regular basis, then you lose touch with who you are. And so for an extravert, may have trained yourself to want more nutrient dense foods like denser salads. But it didn't start out that way.
