The Importance of Protein in Health

The way someone looks on the outside with regards to thinness does not mean healthfulness necessarily on the inside. I think this is where protein makes a huge entrance like for instance we have a very nice nicely done randomized control trial in which healthy males between 20 and 35 years of age ate 40% more calories than needed. They all gained weight but they didn't lose muscle mass so it goes to show that this whole eat as much as you can don't worry about protein you'll be fine is utter nonsense.
