Product Marketing - How to Get Stakeholders Into the Product Marketing Process Early
The earlier you bring those stakeholders into the process, the easier it's going to be to get them to buy in when it comes time to make those changes happen. You can't sit on decisions for six to 12 months and then not have to show for it. And I'm someone who skipped that step myself. So I've got guilty guilty as well.
