There's so many complex structures from contract or tissue, non contract or tissue nerves. All of which have different healing timeframes and we don't always give it enough time to heal. There really is no substitute for training that area as you're looking at 500, 700 degrees a second with the limbs moving out. Sometimes some people just have gone too quickly on that level, or they've undercooked it for too long,. Then they've got a spike in training load and that's what causes the issues. You get the training load right and they recover much faster.
