The most loving thing you can do for someone is just let them have their emotions, ya. And there's so much beauty and just being there for some one while they experience all that. I think there's a space for us to like, hold space for our spouse to be pissed and enraged and all the things. Or just be aware of how you can still take care of yourself in those conversations.
