The issue is going to be whether the formal rule that the government has now put in place with regard to DACA, which is basically identical to the memo. Once you start creating a program of, you know, a million people or whatever, to specifically exempt based on a certain criteria, and specifically give work permits, you're contravening the statute. And then it'll be up to the Supreme Court to determine what happens next. So those are the parts of the decision that are over for now.
