Kindy: The use of terms like structural systemic racism is a linguistic trick to try to dodge that question and just import into our ethical discussion the presupposition that every disparity is ipso facto unjust. If you're going to bring every such disparity under the umbrella of injustice in need of being redress, that's a formula for tyranny and conflict perpetually. I think all the work is in person when we observe disparities as between those which do and do not offend against our ethical sensibilities. It seems to me what's at stake here is you have disparities or inequalities, let's say in wealth holding. And then there are inequities that you work on.
