Is CCR-5 a Full Knockout?
CCR-5 is important because it keeps the memory window short so that you survive as a species. Most of their experiments here are manipulating neurons not microglia. They've got their sort of expected phenotype space in the hypothesis, but now they want to get at the mechanism of how CCR-5 activity can regulate neuronal properties.
