I've had this conversation with my employees during lien years in the past where I've said look I think you were underpaid relative to industry standards. And so then it has to be a tough discussion of you either can or cannot afford them That's it which is why mortgages were made for people that get by on monthly paychecks and not entrepreneurs. There's nothing more addictive than carbs a paycheck in heroin or something like that So because you know so the other one I want to talk about in the business front is called the match king by like heart Partnoise that was about in the 1920s this guy built like this amazing like international conglomerate out of like Sweetest matches.
