The Importance of Predicting Exercise for Your Client
The task has to be valued for them. They got to see the link between those tasks and those exercises, whatever their desired outcome will be. So if I lay him on his back and how I'm doing just leg lifts, that's evidence to him that he's a million miles from being a Ruby player. And because he had been an elite kind of strength, kind of power athlete as a Ruby player, it was a really highly valued thing for him. It wasn't picked kind of arbitrarily. He was like, look, it would just make my day if I could go to the gym and squat and I could do some of the stuff.
