Do We Just Need to Talk More About the Men?
In some ways, when we think about gender equality, you couldor argue that we've over focused on females. We have an asymetric revolution where women are sorting into jobs they did not traditionally sort into. But men aren't sorting into the traditional feminine jobs. Jobs like social work, psych logy, teaching, nursing - these are jobs that we don't really see too many men sort into. What iam interested in is encouraging boys to rethink their choices with respect to jobs that were previously feminized.
