I just don't like the cold water. I've done that like 10 minutes 10 20 minutes there It's it's pretty especially after a good basketball Game or training session. The resiliency I think helps also even from a physiological standpoint. Just get that cold water you come out of it and you're just like man stress anxiety gone. And it might come back pretty soon, but for a little while you have that buffer,. But um, yeah Yeah, that's pretty good. What else in the world as far as like society or culture?
