What if You Really Hate Kimchis?

By design, this study was meant to not test individual fermented foods. But we could go back and see if there were larger effects on microbiome diversity of people that ate more yogurt or drank more kombucha. The biggest impact in our study was yogurt followed by actually a fermented vegetable brine drink called gut shots. It's basically just the salty liquid from fermenting sauerkraut.
