How to Design a Restaurant for a Residential Client
I like to sit with the chef. I want to know what image they're trying to portray. It has to be authentically theirs. When I design for a residential client, my whole focus is on that one person or family. Something I'm doing is about how they live their life when they wake up in the morning until the time they go to bed. That's how I'm configuring their home.
