Andi: When i think about ownership and like taking ownership, a lot of times it can feel one sided. He says analysts will find themselves put into that corner because yet they train the organization that they don't take owners. Andi: One in ten times you may have a stakeholder or a client say, why are you asking me about the business? I told you what data i wanted. The other nine and ten times it's going to be, oh, that's and you're illustrating you can take ownership.
