I'm Confusioned About CPCs

i'm confused where, how they'restill like able to function? Yes, they function very well and without a problem. There is no five larger organizations that are funding a lot of these c pcs. And so i think that's where the wareness around the actual function of the secreces and how they even exist in the first place needs to be shut down.
