Do You Think Federal Regulations Should Be Challenged?

People have been making noises, either in their comments to agencies or in briefs before federal courts. People that don't like regulations see everything as a nail and e taking out this hammer and banging on it. The fact hat people raising this argument all the time doesn't meed it's a good argument. It doesn't met its goi to win. But it does mean that the doctrine is serving exactly the purpose it was created to serve, right? Right?
