The Future Looks Bright, Is That What Wins the Elections?

i wonder if that is because they know th at, that's what wins them elections. You're not going to find somebody who can run on a platform of industrializing so that we can save the planet sort of thing. It would not get a positive response from the people in the upper 20 % who are profiting mightily from the existing order. So i don't think it's a matter what would win elections under normal circumstances, but it's amatter what the elites are willing to hear.
