i think one of the things that has been quite successful for us is really learning o the other person's communication style er. And so, like, if i want to bring something to him, i'm like, here's my power presentation. Is to wi, why this y thing, or, like, why i'm right, or whatever. He responds better too, like more like rational arguments, or what he would call a rational argument. Ye, i in nly guess that’s part of it, like trying to, like, that's part of going back to this, like being on the same team.
