I just seem to do it so regularly at the moment because I'm so very self aware. It's just actually, I might have been craving a bit of communication or craving a conversation with someone. When we're on our own working in a house all day long, yeah, unless you step outside the house and actively go and communicate with people. You're extremely isolated. And that's what I've been craving. Yeah. Okay. Where in your life have you used it and found out a completed, what was the issue you thought you had compared to what the issue you actually had was?
